In this talk, Ben Cowell will give insights into how the member properties of Historic Houses are finding ways to survive and thrive in the 21st century. The traditional visitor business model is now an all-year-round programme of experiences. Innovation is found in those site that have chosen to focus on wellness, connections with nature, or other aspects of sustainability. Landed estate faces all manner of challenges at present, making diversification the key to success.
