Bio I am a graduate of Surrey University with a Tourism Management Masters. I have over 30 years experience in the tourism sector with Visit Wales and its predecessor Wales Tourist Board. Previous roles included marketing manager covering planning and implementation of consumer marketing for Visit Wales and also I held the posy of Wales Brand Manager. My current role is Senior Research and Insights Manager covering Tourism, Culture and Sport in Welsh Government/Visit Wales. I have a strong academic interest in all aspects of tourism planning and marketing and consumer behaviour.
