Bio After graduating in Geography, Sergi achieved an MSc in tourism management from the University of Wales. He began his research career in a business-to-business consultancy environment. He moved into tourism when he joined East of England Tourism (EET) in 2003 as Customer Insight Manager, where he developed an in-house commercial research function, offering customer satisfaction and segmentation surveys, industry performance surveys and economic impact evaluations, including the widely used and industry recognised Cambridge Model. Following a stint as Senior Research Manager at Tourism South East, Sergi set up the independent research agency Destination Research Ltd in 2014. Destination Research Limited brings 20 years’ commercial research experience, from visitor segmentation and perception research to business performance monitors and economic impact evaluations. We are a dynamic agency focused on giving our clients the information they require in a format that best suits their needs.
