Bio Having worked in Hospitality and Visitor Attractions since 2006, I am the brand director with vision and flair. I lead Commercial and Marketing, focusing on the whole guest experience, digital experience and site growth. Previously working operationally for attraction businesses such as Merlin Entertainments, Bourne Leisure, Continuum Attractions, British Airways i360 and now Planning Solutions Limited, I have lived a life filled with visitor towers, holiday parks, farm attractions, activity lakes and family adventure experiences. Offering countrywide support remotely and on location for the Operation Teams and involving myself with the forward development of the Planning Solutions business, I thrive with challenges, utilising a realistic commercial and creative mind set.
