Building a resilient, responsible and regenerative local visitor economy is crucial in a world experiencing economic crises, pandemics, and climate change.  Go New Forest has just launched its Green Leaf Tourism Business Scheme (GLTBS) to help companies take the next step in achieving that goal.

Accommodation providers can score a maximum of 100 points by completing the online GLTBS form. The process is designed to act as both a systematic checklist and provide additional tips and sources of support in a business’ journey towards a more responsible decarbonised business operation.

Go New Forest’s Anthony Climpson commented; “Over the years we’ve realised it’s much more important for 100% of our businesses to do at least 10% more towards net zero than 10% doing 100% more”
